The Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) is taking part in the 3rd edition of the Economic Actors and Local Development Fair (SAEDEL) holding from 19 to 26 October 2024 in the coastal city of Kribi under the theme: “The State, decentralised local authorities, private sector and local development”.
The official opening ceremony today, 21 October 2024, was marked by a conference themed: "Decentralised cooperation for economic development at the local and international level: What synergy between the public and private sectors for the planning and promotion of local economic growth? “
The cutting of the symbolic ribbon to launch the fair was followed by a tour of the majestically set-up exhibition stands which was led by the Governor of the South Region, Mr. Nguele Nguele Felix.
The Governor and his retinue were received at CNSC's stand by the South Regional Branch Manager, Mr. Eteta Georges, who enlightened them about CNSC's trade facilitation and foreign trade promotion activities.
The SAEDEL fair provides a platform for local economic players to highlight their contributions to the development of the nation's regions and towns, and more importantly, to advocate for an enabling economic environment.
