CAMEROON NATIONAL
SHIPPERS' COUNCIL

The theme chosen for this year's celebration of the 138th edition of International Labour Day in Cameroon, "Constructive social dialogue: a vector of decent work and social progress", was the subject of an educational talk organised for staff of the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC).

Held on 29 April 2024 at the training hall of the CNSC head office building, the talk was delivered by Mrs. Ewombe Kalla, a Labour Inspector, who enlightened participants on concepts such as constructive social dialogue, decent work, social progress, corruption, hygiene and health, among others.

It was another opportunity for various committees handling these issues at the CNSC to raise awareness on their activities. These included the Anti-Corruption Committee, represented by Mrs. Nso Josiane, and the Occupational Health and Safety Committee, represented by Miss Tatiana OMAM
