The General Manager of the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) hereby informs shippers and other business persons that the CNSC has a new platform for the issuance of Export ECTNs, which will be operational from 1^st January 2026. To ensure the effective use of this platform by the persons concerned, training sessions will be organised as follows:

• 17 December 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the multipurpose hall of the Douala Maritime Museum in Bonanjo, Douala;

• 18 December 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the CNSC South Regional Office, Kribi.
