CAMEROON NATIONAL
SHIPPERS' COUNCIL

The General Manager of the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) hereby informs exporters of mineral substances that the Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN) is required for any exports of such products from Cameroon.

This requirement, established by the provisions of Decree No. 2025/314 of 16 July 2025 transforming the CNSC into a business corporation, must be strictly complied with by all parties concerned, regardless of the means of transport used.

Consequently, any consignment exported without an ECTN constitutes a serious breach and immediately exposes the party concerned to administrative measures intended to ensure strict compliance with applicable regulations.
