As part of the activities marking the end of International Customs Day (ICD 2026), a series of sporting events were organised on Sunday, 25 January 2026, in Yaoundé, and saw the participation of the Cameroon National Shippers' Council, notably in the men's 400m relay race and the football match.
The latter took place at the Presidential Guard Sports Complex in the Obili neighbourhood, pitting the CNSC football team against that of the Directorate General of Customs.
The highly entertaining match unfolded in a spirit of sportsmanship and fair play, offering the public top-quality entertainment. A goalless draw after 90 minutes of play was finally settled by a penalty shootout, with the CNSC emerging victorious.
CNSC's top management warmly congratulates all the players and technical staff for their fighting spirit and brilliant victory. It is noteworthy that CNSC's participation in this annual event strengthens existing cooperation ties with the Cameroon Customs Department.
